The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of Personality Competencies and Islamic Religious Education Learning Methods Against Student Learning Outcomes of Shaykh Yusuf High School in Tangerang City. This research is a quantitative study and the method used in this study is the Survey Explanatory research method. The population of this study was 79 students in class X and XI of Sheikh Yusuf High School in Tangerang. The sample in this study were 66 students taken at random (random sampling). Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students of Sheikh Yusuf High School in Tangerang City. The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant influence of personality competence on the PAI learning outcomes of Syekh Yusuf Tangerang high school students. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and tcount 9.7778. 2) There is a positive and significant effect of learning methods on the learning outcomes of PAI students of Sheikh Yusuf High School Tangerang. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and tcount 7.605. 3) There is a positive and significant influence of personality competence and learning methods together on the PAI learning outcomes of Syekh Yusuf Tangerang high school students. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig. 0.00 <0.05 and Fcount of 29.167.
